I’m ready to book a shoot, what is next?

Once you have purchased your package on our online site, you will receive a email with a link to our shooting calendar. Our calendar will specify what cities we will be in on what days. If you have a special request or a limited time frame we are more than happy to work with you and advise contacting us directly to set that up at Info@lumiereboudoir.com  Once  your desired dates are confirmed , our studio manager,  will send you a Welcome Package and Contract. 

Where do our shoots take place?

New York - Our Fashion Photography Studio located in Long Island City, NY  or Luxury Hotel Suits in Manhattan

Miami - Luxury Hotel Suit

Las Vegas - Luxury Hotel Suit

Los Angeles - Luxury Hotel Suit, Breathtaking Estates, Cool Mid-Century Designer Houses , Photo Studios.

Hong Kong - Luxury Hotel Suit, Photo Studios, Edgy Street Photography

Bali  - Luxury Villas, Picturesque Landscapes, Photo Studios.   

 *You will be sent the Shooting Schedule with Hotel Days / Options in the specified Cities Prior to your shoot. We shoot in both Modern and Romantic styled Hotels. If you have a specific venue you would like to shoot at we are more than happy to work with you on scheduling that location. 

Do I bring my own lingerie, or do you provide the outfits?

You need to bring your own lingerie to the photo shoot. We do provide additional options as well. Select outfits that suit your personality and body shape, and complement your skin tone.

What about hair and makeup, do I do it myself?

Because of our limited time together, I have found if you arrive ready we are able to really maximize our time together. 

What is your refund policy?

Due to the custom nature of photography, the session price and any products ordered are non-refundable. You have final say on the retouching and any custom album design and nothing goes to print without your approval. You being pleased with your final images is paramount  to us at Lumiere Boudoir. 

When can I view my photos?

All Photos will be available for  online viewing 7 days after we shoot. Selected Photos for Retouching will be delivered 7 days after they are selected. 

** Expedited Viewing is available as an "Add On"  feature for a fee  $150.**

What is your Retouching Policy ?

We work tirelessly to guarantee you are pleased with your images, but there are limitations to what we can achieved with retouching. Some images are better suited for retouching than others. With over 17 years of experience retouching Fashion Images we have developed an eye for knowing what images are best suited to make you look your very best. 

Removal of acne, acne scarring, stretchmarks, cellulite and a little "smoothing" is part of the retouching process. If there is something you feel self-conscious about, we can use poses and lighting to emphasize your best features instead.

I’m not sure what I want to order yet, can I decide when I see my photos?

Absolutely. After the shoot you will have the option to purchase additional images, prints and products via our online proofing site. I do not release product orders without full payment.

I can’t make my shoot date, can I reschedule?

Absolutely. Things come up and sometimes a date no longer works, so we’re happy to make the changes for you. However, if you contact us to reschedule less than 48 hours before your shoot, you may have a $150 rescheduling fee. 

Can I bring a friend to my shoot?

Generally we prefer to work one on one with my clients, simply because sometimes an ‘audience’ can make you feel more self conscious. If you must bring someone for moral support, I limit it to one person.
